Coaching for Impact 2024/25

Coaching for Impact is taking a cohort of charity-sector leaders through a six-month programme of one-to-one transformative coaching so to understand the potentially great benefit coaching can have in the third sector (where it is currently underutilised).

The research consists of quantitative and qualitative research tools utilised before and after the coaching programme.

From the participants perspective, the research includes:

1 x pre-coaching survey
1 x post-coaching survey
1 x post-coaching 3rd party phone interview (30 to 60 mins)

In exchange for taking part in the research, and openly sharing their experience of the coaching programme (anonymously, of course), participants have received a 50% discount on their coaching package.

Matt Middler Coaching will seek to publish the findings from the first round of Coaching for Impact in summer 2025.
